IHME is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bell Street in the Belltown area, north of downtown.
Parking
Entrance to the Fifth & Bell Building parking garage is on Battery Street, an east bound one-way street. You can circle the building by taking right turns from Fifth, to Bell, to Fourth, to Battery, and back to Fifth. Two-hour street parking (free after 6 p.m.) is available. There also are two large parking lots on the corner of Fifth and Bell.
