Kelsey helps manage and facilitate implementation of global health research projects, provides support and project management for the offices of the Institute Director and the Director of Strategy and Special Projects, and helps facilitate good governance and relationship management. Specifically, Kelsey helps manage work for the National Institute of Aging-funded Tracking Disparities in the Effective Delivery of Health Services project and the Population Health Metrics Research Consortium Mexico Study, as well as the ongoing work of the US County Performance research team.
