The IHME office is conveniently located in the Fifth & Bell Building in the Belltown area of Seattle, just north of downtown. The building fronts on 5th avenue, a southbound one-way street and is surrounded by one-way streets, clockwise.

Driving Directions

From Sea-Tac Airport, if you obtain a car rental ask for directions from the car rental lot to northbound on 509. After crossing the 1st Avenue Street Bridge S, follow the road to the left to East Marginal Way and then you will be funneled onto Highway 99. Exit right from Highway 99 at Western Avenue, turn right onto Battery Street. Go four blocks and turn right onto 5th Avenue. Then follow parking instructions.

Parking

Entrance to the 5th and Bell parking garage is on Battery St, east bound one-way street. Keep in mind, you can circumnavigate the building by taking right turns from 5th, to Bell, to 4th, to Battery, and back to 5th.

Two hour street parking (free after 6:00pm) is available as well at a large parking lot on the corner of 5th and Bell. Both use credit cards, however some older coin parking meters are in front of the building.
