Chang Park worked on IHME’s Demographics: Mortality and Population research team, using sibling histories from surveys to improve adult mortality estimates and analyzing disparities in health outcomes in different states in India.

Chang’s work at IHME contributes to our knowledge of levels and trends in adult mortality in the developing world, and suggests that nationally representative survey programs should implement tracking adult mortality in order to more reliably understand the levels and patterns of adult mortality.

Chang is currently pursuing a degree in medicine.
