Alumni Profile
Paul Gubbins worked on IHME’s Health Financing research team. Paul’s research focused on tracking international aid flows to health and estimated economic status from survey information on asset ownership. Paul’s research in Health Financing contributes to our understanding of the risks and benefits of development assistance for health, as well as informs donors about strategies and targets for distributing funds.
After IHME, Paul went on to pursue a Master in Public Administration with a concentration in Economic Development and Advanced Policy and Economic Analysis at the School for International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
