Post-Bachelor Fellows Afield
IHME’s Post-Bachelor Fellows work alongside researchers and government health officials, helping collect and analyze health data worldwide during their field placement in the second year of their fellowship. Fellows have worked in countries such as Indonesia, Zambia, Sri Lanka, India, and Malawi, helping further our understanding of the barriers to accurate and replicable health measurement in diverse settings. Some fellows have created blogs while on their placements, sharing their insights and their often humorous takes on adjusting to a foreign work environment.
