Come visit IHME at APHA’s Annual Meeting and Exposition
IHME shared our latest research and reports at the upcoming American Public Health Association (APHA) Annual Meeting. The APHA Public Health Expo that featured over 700 exhibitors providing information for public health professionals from around the world. IHME was in the Public Health Schools section of the exhibit space at the University of Washington School of Public Health table.
IHME was on hand, discussing our latest US county life expectancy study, which was covered in news outlets around the world, our latest updates on the progress towards Millennium Development Goals 4 and 5 for reducing maternal and child mortality, and IHME’s policy report on breast and cervical cancer, based on research published in The Lancet.
We were there throughout the conference and talked with a number of people from a wide variety of insterests and background.
