IHME Associate Professor Dr. Stephen Lim spoke at PATH’s World Malaria Day 2011 event to celebrate progress that has been made in fighting malaria over the past decade. Dr. Lim and other local experts discussed advancements in intervention coverage, diagnosis, and treatment, new technologies, and the challenges that lie ahead.
Dr. Lim will gave a presentation entitled “Challenges in measuring the impact of malaria control in Africa.” Other presenters at the event included Dr. David Brandling-Bennett from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Dr. Chris Elias from PATH.
