Development Assistance for Health (Global)

In June 2009, researchers at IHME published in The Lancet comprehensive estimates of development assistance for health (DAH) from 1990 to 2007. The results reflect contributions by all significant public and private channels of development assistance for improving health outcomes and strengthening health systems in low- and middle-income countries. The full study, Financing of global health: tracking development assistance for health from 1990 to 2007, is available online. Below, we provide supporting tables summarizing the main findings:
